ESPRESSO MARTINI

Legend has it that one day a supermodel approached the bar at Dick Bradsall's Soho Brasserie and asked for a coffee cocktail to wake her up and... scare her a little (though the phrase used was more colorful). And so, by mixing vodka, coffee liqueur, espresso, and a pinch of sugar, she created the Espresso Martini. The cocktail's name has undergone a few variations over time (our favorite is "Pharmaceutical Stimulant"), but the iconic combination of vodka and coffee has remained the same.
